Partners John Bashaw (New Haven), Patrick McCarthy (Parsippany) and Bill Rogers (Boston), and counsel Joe Clark (Parsippany) will speak at the Chemistry Council of New Jersey Health & Safety Meeting on December 7. They will be part of the featured presentation, "The Potential Toxicity of Nanomaterials: Best Practices and What You Should Be Doing Now." Topics covered will include OSHA in 2011, nanotoxicity in the workplace, best practices for workplace safety, and upcoming federal regulation and likely early civil litigation claims and exposures. This event will be held at Johnson & Johnson's world headquarters in New Brunswick.
