Day Pitney's Private Client Department (PCD) is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of trusts and estates experience to join our nationally recognized*, expanding practice to support our Florida offices (Boca Raton, Miami, or West Palm Beach).
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration, including knowledge of relevant Florida state and federal tax laws. There is a strong preference for candidates with experience with domestic estate planning and working with individuals and families on tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies through estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning. Demonstrated experience with successfully managing estate and trust administration matters in and out of the Florida court system is a plus.
Day Pitney's Private Client team has extensive experience serving the unique needs of individuals and their families, fiduciaries, and a broad range of tax-exempt entities. The team advises high net worth individuals, fiduciaries and family offices on sophisticated private client matters involving trusts and estates, including tax and succession planning.
