Litigation Insurance & Reinsurance Associate Attorney - Boston, MA; Hartford, CT

Day Pitney's Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation group is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of demonstrated litigation experience to join our growing team in either our Boston or Hartford office.

Day Pitney's Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation group represents insurers and reinsurers in litigation, arbitration and regulatory proceedings. Ideal candidates will have experience representing financial institutions and insurance companies in litigation and/or arbitration.

Day Pitney offers a hybrid in-office / remote work schedule to provide our attorneys greater flexibility.

Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of demonstrated litigation experience
• Excellent technical, legal research, professional and client service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• Team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration
• Effective and efficient problem solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
• Connecticut or Massachusetts bar admission in good standing
