Day Pitney's Real Estate and Environmental group is seeking associates with 2-4 years of environmental experience to join our growing team in our Parsippany, NJ office.
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in environmental transaction and regulatory compliance issues related to real estate development and business transactions, including environmental due diligence and compliance, ISRA compliance, water and wetlands, site remediation, environmental permitting, environmental cost recovery, and experience engaging with environmental regulatory bodies.

We also represent industry on environmental matters in connection with legacy site remediation issues as well as due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions. Our team offers a full spectrum of legal services and provides legal counsel to a broad range of commercial enterprises including developers, Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing companies, financial institutions, and utilities (energy, water, telecommunications).
