Day Pitney LLP is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of energy regulatory and/or transactional experience to join our growing team in the Boston, MA, Washington, DC or Hartford, CT offices. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in energy regulation and energy-related transactional matters, and will be familiar with the ongoing regulatory developments in the energy and utilities space. Experience dealing with retail arrangements for the purchase and sale of electricity and other matters before state regulatory bodies and the development and financing of renewable power facilities is preferred.
