Diversity and Inclusion

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee is a cross-office committee consisting of partners, counsel and associates from each of the major markets in which we practice. Also serving on the committee are the firm's Directors of Diversity & Inclusion, Professional Development, and Human Resources, the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, as well as the Chairs of Day Pitney Diverse Attorneys (DPDA), Women Working Together (WWT) and Day Pitney Alliance. The committee is charged with helping to devise the diversity initiative strategy, supporting the Director of Diversity & Inclusion and ensuring support of the firm's diversity efforts both internally and externally.
