Kendall Wilson counsels public companies on corporate, transactional and securities law matters. She primarily practices in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and compliance with public company reporting obligations under federal securities laws. Kendall has worked on initial public offerings and public debt and equity offerings for both issuers and underwriters, mergers and acquisitions for both acquiring and target public companies, consent solicitations and financial restatements. She also advises management, boards of directors and board committees of public companies with respect to fiduciary duty, corporate governance, compliance and certain executive compensation matters. Kendall’s practice covers a wide array of industries, with experience in hospitality, retail, banking, insurance, technology and document and data services.
Prior to joining the firm, Kendall was an intern with Wyndham Worldwide Corporation in Corporate Services and a legal intern in the University of Notre Dame Athletics Compliance Office. She was a summer apprentice with Day Pitney in 2013.
