Ryan Tougias represents parties in the financial services and real estate industries in complex litigation in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution. He handles federal and state claims, including complex creditors' rights, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and bankruptcy-related claims.
Ryan served as a legal research clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. While in law school, he was an extern with the United States Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee Program. He also interned with the United States House of Representatives Committee on Ways & Means.
