Jennifer "Jenn" Shukla represents corporations and individuals in commercial litigation and torts matters. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of disputes, including product liability, design defect, manufacturing defect, negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory or fiduciary duties, governmental immunity and fraud matters. She has successfully defended schools, municipalities, religious organizations, product manufacturers and real estate developers in disputes.Prior to joining Day Pitney, Jenn served as an intern with both the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Department of Justice and worked at a commercial law firm doing complex commercial litigation.
