Arielle Sepulveda represents employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, whistleblower and wage and hour matters in federal and state court and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also counsels employers with respect to occupational health and safety programs, employee handbooks, multi-jurisdictional PTO/leave policies and administration, wage and hour compliance and professional/trade licensing.
In labor matters, Arielle represents companies during union election campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, strikes, unfair labor practice charges, and workforce planning during business mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on matters involving the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, including preparing for site inspections, investigating alleged health and safety violations, responding to agency citations, and representing companies in proceedings before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
Arielle is a frequent writer on OSHA issues and contributor to Day Pitney's Employer's Law Blog (www.EmployersLawBlog.com), a weblog that presents the latest news in labor, employment, and employee benefits law.
Before joining Day Pitney, Arielle clerked for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. She was also an intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and a summer apprentice with Day Pitney.
