Jared Ross practices real estate and land use law primarily focusing on commercial real estate financing, conveyance, development, permitting and leasing. Additionally he represents a broad spectrum of lenders, land owners, developers and equity participants in the area of renewable energy development and generation throughout Massachusetts. His experience involves representation of clients before various governmental boards and agencies, due diligence review, drafting and negotiating agreements and strategic planning. In addition Jared represents lenders with asset based financing matters and family offices with the acquisition of various assets including private aircraft.
In addition to private practice, Jared has worked in the general counsel's office of the Boston Redevelopment Authority and for the Urban Ecology Institute, both while attending law school.
