Rachel Packer represents lenders, investors and servicers in general litigation and other civil matters. She routinely handles claims in connection with violations of Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and related federal and state consumer protection laws. She also handles real property disputes and title claims.
Rachel served as a law clerk to the Honorable David B. Katz, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
