Shea Lukacsko, a seasoned litigator, represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters throughout the country in state and federal courts and before various administrative tribunals.
Shea has extensive experience in the defense of employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, including cases involving allegations of sexual harassment; discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, age, disability and gender; violations of family leave, equal pay, whistleblower and other statutes; and contract, public policy and common law tort claims. She also handles benefits litigation under ERISA, lawsuits concerning confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and claims based on collective bargaining agreements.
Shea regularly provides preventive counseling to employers on a wide range of employment issues, including the prevention and remediation of unlawful discrimination and harassment. In addition, she advises employers on compliance with state and federal employment-related statutes and regulations, such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, affirmative action, EEOC, Title VII and ADA.
