Amanda Johnson counsels high net-worth U.S. and non-U.S residents and citizens with global assets on complex tax, estate and charitable giving planning.
Amanda develops estate plans and other sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts. She administers trusts and estates, including estate tax audits. She also prepares and files voluntary disclosures of offshore accounts. She advises clients on international income, estate, generation skipping and gift tax issues, as well as U.S. tax residency, expatriation, foreign companies and foreign trusts.
Amanda has been published extensively on tax and wealth management topics. She was the managing editor and co-founder of Practical Russia/Eurasia Tax Strategies, which covers important tax developments in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. She also speaks French.
