Marlene Goldberg represents institutional lenders in connection with the origination of commercial mortgage loans secured by office buildings, retail properties, multifamily properties, cooperatives and condominiums. She also represents lenders in loan modifications, extensions and restructuring of loan transactions. Marlene is involved in all aspects of these transactions, including due diligence, title review, loan documentation, negotiation and landlord/tenant issues.
In addition to representing lenders, Marlene has extensive experience representing borrowers in matters involving term loans, revolving credit facilities, lines of credit and real estate acquisition loans. She also represents landlords and tenants with respect to commercial leasing of office and warehouse facilities.
