James "Jim" Carlon is a partner in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use department. His practice includes work on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States, including construction and permanent financing, acquisitions, sales and lease transactions. Jim also has experience with diverse commercial real estate asset transactions, including office developments, retail property and apartment complexes.

Represented prominent northeast real estate developer in a $100 million construction financing
Represented New York-based real estate company in the ground leasing of two mixed-use buildings to a national real estate developer

Represented an international insurance and reinsurance company in connection with leasing and subleasing of new space for both headquarter and satellite office locations in the United States
