Professional Experience
Peter C. Gourdine is an associate in the Commercial Litigation department, where he focuses his practice on franchise litigation, commercial contract disputes and complex litigation. He has also handled pro bono matters in diverse areas including employment, housing and human rights.
Before joining Day Pitney, Mr. Gourdine was an associate with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. His prior career experience includes 12 years with the NBA as a senior manager in Broadcasting, working as NBA liaison with radio and television networks and overseeing broadcasts of NBA games for content and compliance with league broadcast regulations on both the local and national level.
