Professional Experience

Sebastian M. Lombardi is an associate in the firm's Energy and Utility Law department. He is a member of the team of lawyers serving as general counsel to the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL), a regional utility consortium engaged in the wholesale markets for electrical power.

Sebastian graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law and was an intern with the firm in 2010. While in law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as a legal intern for the Connecticut attorney general, and as associate editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Sebastian worked for a United States senator.
