Mr. Sager represents businesses in commercial disputes throughout the United States, particularly in the federal district courts located in New Jersey and New York, where he has handled scores of cases that have resulted in numerous written opinions. Mr. Sager's experience includes matters arising from mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; franchise and licensing relationships; class actions; and traditional contract and business disputes.
