- Successfully represented finance company at jury trial against claim by major insurance company for rescission of insurance policy; following bench trial, obtained favorable verdict against insurance company for unfair and deceptive trade practices and obtained damage award in excess of $3 million, including multiple damages and attorneys' fees; successfully argued appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
- Successfully defended publicly traded company at trial against claims for securities fraud
- Represented division of major entertainment conglomerate at jury trial against engineering firm alleged to have negligently caused damage in connection with the renovation of landmark theater in Boston; following five days of trial, obtained favorable settlement for client
- Represented health insurance company in connection with investigation by Massachusetts Attorney General's Office
