Directions

From the East
I-95 South to New Haven. Cross the Quinnipiac Bridge. Take first exit on right after bridge. Follow sign for I-91 North/Hartford. I-91 to Exit 3, Trumbull Street. Proceed down ramp. Traffic will merge from right. Stay in left lane. Left onto Orange Street at traffic light. First left onto Audubon Street. Our building, One Audubon Street (polished granite and black glass building), is on the corner of Audubon and State Streets.

From the South
I-95 North to New Haven. Approaching New Haven via I-95, the highway splits into three directions (i.e. I-95 to Providence; I-91 to Hartford and the Connector to downtown New Haven). Follow signs for I-91 Hartford. I-91 to Exit 3, Trumbull Street. Proceed down ramp. Traffic will merge from right. Stay in left lane. Left onto Orange Street at traffic light. First left onto Audubon Street. Our building, One Audubon Street (polished granite and black glass building), is on the corner of Audubon and State Streets.

From the North
I-91 South to New Haven. Take Exit 3, Trumbull Street. Move to left lane on exit ramp. Left onto Orange Street at traffic light. First left onto Audubon Street. Our building, One Audubon Street (polished granite and black glass building), is on the corner of Audubon and State Streets.

Parking Options

Metered parking is available at the adjacent building (700 State Street). (Following the directions above, turn left at the traffic light at the end of Audubon Street onto State Street.) A large sign with the letter "P" protrudes from the building indicating the entrance to the parking garage. Please note: meters in this garage need four quarters to be activated.

Additionally, metered parking is available on Audubon and State Streets. There is also a public parking garage (Audubon Court) on Orange Street between Audubon and Grove. Another public parking garage (Century Towers Garage) is on Grove Street (2nd right once you turn left onto Orange Street). The main entrance to our New Haven office is on Audubon Street near the corner of State Street. Enter mail lobby of our building. Day Pitney is on the 6th floor.
