News Media Cover Day Pitney's Representation of Wife of Russian Oligarch

National and local media have reported on the lawsuit filed March 14 in New York State Supreme Court by the estranged wife of Russian oligarch Dmitri Rybolovlev. David Newman filed the complaint on behalf of Elena Rybolovleva, who alleges that her husband's purchase of an $88 million New York City apartment last December was intended to hide assets acquired during their marriage as their divorce case proceeds in Switzerland. David also represents Mrs. Rybolovleva in a similar suit filed in West Palm Beach, Florida, in 2008.
