Day Pitney's Boston office has made its third lateral hire this year with the addition of veteran trial attorney Barry Klickstein from Duane Morris.
"In a lot of ways he's an old fashioned trial lawyer who really can try almost anything. You need that kind of experience for a small firm," James Rotondo, the co-chair of Day Pitney's commercial litigation department, told Law360 on Tuesday.
