David Waizer was quoted in an article, Venture Capital Exec Returns To Day Pitney As Partner, published in Law360. The article reports that Waizer has rejoined Day Pitney as partner in the Parsippany, New Jersey, and New York City offices, in the firm's corporate and business law, private equity and venture capital practices. A former Day Pitney associate, Waizer previously served as senior managing director and general counsel of a venture capital firm focusing on software technology investments. There he oversaw operations, law, corporate governance and human resources. "I'm very happy to be returning to Day Pitney," Waizer said. "The corporate and business transactional lawyers at the firm are doing tremendous work. I am excited about the opportunity to be part of the team."
